Not Sold!
The offer was, "Would you take $29,000.00 less and oh yeah, would you hold the mortgage for us?" No Deal! We still have a couple of others expressing interest if it works out for them. One lady would like to open a soup and sandwich shop here so maybe she will work out. We have to deal with the zoning to see if that will fly.

hang in there... however, be ready to hear all kinds of offers right now because it is a buyer's market... however the seller still has the right to say NO (thank goodness... due to how crazy some of the offers can be). A lot of it comes down to how quickly do you want to get rid of the place.
Hey we are heading your direction this weekend for Gregory's graduation on Friday evening. Maybe we will get to see you guys at church on Sunday!!
